1. Discharge gap
According to the model, the discharge clearance of the single-axis machine is smaller than that of the three-axis machine, because the single-axis spark machine will not shake, and the three-axis need to shake, which is the place to pay special attention to, otherwise working in the same clearance, the single-axis spark machine is faster than the three-axis.
2, slag discharge time
Usually called pulse interval, mainly used with pulse width, but different brands are different collocation methods, the specific situation of the drug to see the instructions.
3. Voltage
Voltage is a very important item, because the spark machine is divided into high voltage and low voltage. If the current is large, you can use low voltage, and vice versa.
4. Discharge current
If the current is greater, poor surface roughness. Select the size of the current on the electrode surface under normal conditions, and as the projected area of the discharge, the relationship between the discharge gap and the copper operating current is less than 5A/MM2.
5, the longer the discharge time
The longer the discharge time, the longer the working time, but the more carbon accumulated.
6. Other parameters
Abnormal discharge detection, in the analysis of the discharge state is not good when we can be adjusted.
